ORDER PROCESSING

All orders placed on Rulaylife.com are processed Monday-Friday and shipped within 1-3 business days from the time of purchase. Excluding major holidays and weekends.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

If you select expedited shipping, this shipping method will not go into effect until your package has been picked up by the courier.

Once an order leaves our fulfillment center, the courier service becomes responsible for the delivery.

Please make sure your Shipping Address is correct before placing your order. If your package is returned to our shipping facility by UPS due to an incorrect/invalid address, your order will be automatically restocked and refunded.
